We don't ask for your payout details when you sign up — there's no point collecting your bank or mobile money number before you've earned anything. Once you've completed a sale, you'll see a prompt to add them.
Open Profile > Earnings > Payout details to add a mobile money number or a bank account, then tap Verify. We check the details before sending anything, which currently means a quick manual review — so "not verified yet" with a note is normal, not an error.
Payouts cover completed orders, minus the platform commission (and a promotion fee, if that listing was promoted and sold). Kosmos will never ask for your PIN or password. If anyone does, it isn't us.
